I am a couch potato!! I need to get up off my butt and do a little exercise. So..... I am challenging myself to do a 10 minute activity every day for 30 days. It's not much but it is more than I am doing now!
Day 1 -13 minutes walk (Xfinity on Demand)
Day 2 - 19 minutes walking the dog!!
28 more days to go!!!
